Roxy's is a great place to eat before or after you have gotten your rocks off in the shallow end of the gene poole, or if you are writing and mailing out checks for the Carey L. Poole Fountain to help people get out of debt and stay out.
The olive burger is probably the best thing to have at 12:34 am or pm! It could very well be the best in a five mile radius (that is a straight line from the center to the circumference of a circle, for those of you in Montrose)!
Regardless of who you are shacking up with it's worth the walk to the corner to hang out on a warm summer evening until you got your drunk on. -

We were driving down M-57 heading home from vacation and got hungry for lunch. So we pass Roxy's diner and it looks like a perfect small town restaurant and that turned out to be so true. The service was quick and friendly and although the menu was small, it had your basic breakfast and lunch options. The soup of the day was meatloaf which didn't sound good to me so I got my favorite egg white omelette and it was great. My friend got The French toast and he said it was a thumbs up!! So if you are passing through the small town of Montrose Michigan you can get a great breakfast at Roxy's diner!!

This was my 4th time coming to this restaurant for breakfast and the food is amazing! If I was rating this restaurant on the food alone I would give it 5 stars. However, the service on our most recent visit was horrible! The waitress seemed annoyed by us when we had to ask her for refills on our drinks, extra napkins and a steak knife to cut our steak. After she cleared our plates off the table I made eye contact with her 3 separate times to let her know we were ready for the bill. I figured when she got the chance she would come give us our bill but instead she stood around. Finally, when she walked by our table to check on a different table I made eye contact once again, thinking she would stop to check on us on her way back by. She did not. I had to ask her as she walked by if we could have our bill and she said with a very rude tone, "If you see that I'm busy you can just walk up to the register to get your check." This was the very first time I did not want to leave a tip for a server. I always leave at least 20% but not this time. I was very disappointed with our service to say the least.

Don't eat here. I decided to take my mother here and made our order. We got our order and started eating. The food was cold and tasted like the grill wasn't cleaned the night before. When we told the waitress, she said that the grill was cleaned everyday and that the food should be hot. It wasn't. Rather eat at subway next door or at least McDonald's down the road.

The place seemed a little run down. The service was ok ish along with the food. I'd say it's a little under your average Coney that you'd find in the D.
Just wasn't a fan - I'd say if you can make it to the nearby 75 exit or up to Birch Run you'll find better options.
